Global Partners LP is developing one of the largest gas station-convenience stores in Columbia County at an environmentally sensitive intersection near Bell’s Pond in Livingston, NY. The proposal before the Livingston Planning Board calls for 4800-Sqft Retail, 31 Parking Spaces, 18 Fueling Positions including 2 Diesel Positions and 5 total idling spaces for diesel Semi-Trucks. It is located at the North corner of Route 9, 9H, 23 and 82 at the Bell’s Pond Intersection.
Livingston Concerned Citizens is activist community coalition founded by residents of Livingston. We are calling on the Livingston Planning Board to require full environmental due diligence under the law.
